If you’re already a big fan of the all-new 2015 Fiat 500X then you’ll be very excited to hear that Fiat is considering adding its Abarth Scorpion marquee to the crossover.
Right now, the Fiat 500 is the only car that sports an Abarth edition and it looks like the automaker is looking to expand its range. This would mean that the 500X would see even more enhanced power and tech features, which would be welcome additions to those who already love the crossover. With the Scorpion 500X, Fiat would be taking on competitors like the Juke Nismo and the Mini Countryman; a move that industry insiders have been expecting for some time.
Another Fiat model that might also wear the Scorpion badge is the brand-new Fiat 124 Spider. The reawakened Spider is Fiat’s latest sports car offering and is based on the MX-5 Miata. Sports car fans have already been anxiously awaiting the Spider’s introduction to the market, so it will be even more exciting to see an Abarth edition come out alongside it.
There’s no official word yet about a possible Fiat 500X Abarth model. For now, take a look at our full stock of the Fiat 500X in Scottsdale, as well as our stock of Fiat 500 Abarth models.
