
The U.K.’s prominent Telegraph newspaper has just released a new listicle, celebrating the history of Alfa Romeo. Below we’ve highlighted some of our favorites from the list; impressive Alfas from both the past and the present.
1955 Giulietta Spider

The Giulietta Spider was Alfa Romeo’s first mass-produced vehicle. Debuting in 1955, the Spider was built off of an innovative Pininfarina design. The car was produced throughout the rest of the 1950s, ending its run in 1965 when it was replaced by the original Giulia.
1967 33 Stradale

The 33 Stradale was Alfa’s first supercar. The automaker only produced 18 models of the racer that featured a 230-hp, 2.0-liter V8 engine that was among the fastest powertrains of its time.
1970 Montreal

A very popular model during its heyday in the early 1970’s, the Alfa Romeo Montreal was a high-powered roadster that started originally as concept vehicle and was later turned into a production model after tremendous public demand.
1981 GTV6

They call him V6, GTV6. This very popular model during the 1980s was a featured player in one of Roger Moore’s Bond films. The car featured the distinctive sleek and futuristic design that the ‘80s were known for, combining both beauty and aggression into one solid vehicle.
2015 4C

The Alfa Romeo 4C is the automaker’s reintroduction to the American market. Featuring a very powerful turbocharged 1.7-liter four-cylinder that produces 237 horsepower and 258 lb.-ft. of torque, the 4C showcases Alfa Romeo’s astonishing history of innovation, style and luxury.
