Phoenix is hosting the annual Chile Pepper Festival on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015. Once again held at the Downtown Phoenix Public Market, the Chile Pepper Festival is a great chance for local Phoenicians to try dishes from some of the city’s top local restaurants.
Some of the many great activities happening this year include cooking demos, salsa dancing, a talent show, onsite chile roasting and a gourmet margarita station. Prizes will be given out for best salsa and chile pepper dish, while the festival will once again crown their Chile Pepper Queen.
First held in 2012, the Chile Pepper Festival has grown to be one of the most popular local events in Phoenix. The festival is being held from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Admission to the event is free, while tasty treats and drinks can be bought for a small fee.
We hope you will join the rest of the Phoenix community at this year’s Chile Pepper Festival. If you have any questions about this year’s event, contact organizers at (602)-885-6267. Click here to buy your tickets!
